We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress
  • Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in learning activities
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
  • Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and other subjects into daily lessons

Skills:

  • Must have an associate degree in Early Childhood, or a CDA
  • Must have experience working with children in a daycare setting.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles
  • Ability to educate and engage young children in learning activities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in behavior management techniques
  • Familiarity with early childhood education standards and curriculum frameworks
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Understanding of special education needs in a preschool setting
  • Ability to promote literacy education and math concepts
